Please note: While I have made every effort to reproduce the colour of my yarn accurately, the colour of the actual yarn may be different from what you see on your screen due to differences in screen colour callibration.

Shipping For Canadian Purchasers

Yarn and fibre: Your yarn and/or fibre will arrive vaccum packed via letter mail, which saves on shipping costs. If you order more than 200 grams, it will arrive in two (or more) separate envelopes. Once you unseal the vacuum pack, give the yarn a shake and it's ready to go! Letter mail does not include tracking. Should you wish to add tracking to your order, please contact me for a quote.

Ready made items: Depending on the size of your item, it will be shipping letter mail (for small items) or parcel post (for large items). Letter mail does not include tracking. Should you wish to add tracking to your order, please contact me for a quote.

Shipping for US and International purchases

Yarn and fibre: Your yarn and/or fibre will be shipped via the most economical method, which is usually small package ground. However, small package ground mail is slow and for those who live in Europe, this means it may take up to eight weeks for your yarn to arrive. If you'd like your yarn to arrive quicker or would like tracking, please contact me for a quote.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom Dyed Yarn

Yes, I accept orders for custom dyed yarn! Please contact me for further details.

Custom Knit Items

At this time, I don’t accept orders for custom knit items.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. All items must be return in their original condition (in the skein, yarn ties in place, tags in place). Yarn that has been caked or wound into a ball is not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact me within seven days of delivery.

Items for return must be sent back within fourteen days of delivery.

Cancellations must be requested before items have been dispatched.

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
